Gregg Fellows
Managing Partner
Gregg has led AGSI for over 20 years and is the visionary behind the firm's intellectual property frameworks and practice areas. With over 30 years of experience providing technology delivery, management consulting and executive advisory services, he is an expert in developing strategies for business transformation and operational effectiveness initiatives. Gregg works closely with board members and senior executives across a range of industries and business models to envision unique, innovative solutions. A graduate of Harvard Business School, he serves on the advisory boards of Validated Solutions, SignalFire and Atlanta Technical College, and served on the Technology Leadership Council of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.
Terrie Jones
Terrie has more than 30 years of experience in management and technology consulting and is the driver behind AGSI's client-focused delivery model. Her emphasis on high-touch solutions has resulted in enviable satisfaction and retention levels across the firm's clients. She works closely with executive teams to help them maximize the organizational transformation and alignment impact of AGSI's high-value, targeted solutions. Terrie's long-term commitment to local community organizations has included service on the boards of Junior Achievement, the Bioscience and Health IT Leadership Council of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and Partnership Against Domestic Violence, as well as fundraising for the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy. She is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta 2007.
Charles Sparrow
Partner & Chief Delivery Officer
Chuck has more than 20 years of experience in management consulting and technology development, including 10 years with AGSI. He has served as a key architect of AGSI's proprietary BT3™ and EIF™ frameworks as well as the firm's service offerings. Focused on transformation and optimization initiatives, Chuck has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including financial services, technology, transportation and telecommunications. He holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Mississippi State University. Chuck is a board member and past Chair of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) and serves on the advisory board of Thrive Farmers.
Jeff Graham
Principal & Chief Information Officer
Jeff brings over 25 years of business, technical, analytical and operational experience to AGSI and oversees delivery of core client services. He focuses on development of innovative solutions for integration of complex systems and processes. Jeff's background encompasses information technology, sales and marketing, P&L responsibility and management, and includes experience in financial and professional services, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing and franchising. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Samford University.
Peggy Paynter
Peggy has over 25 years of experience in the financial accounting field, coupled with a strong managerial and organizational background. She holds the professional designation of Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP), awarded by International Accounts Payable Professionals, Inc. (IAPP), affiliated with the Institute of Financial Operations (IFO).
